在湖北荊州洪湖市，清晨，周金才在荷葉間忙碌起來。找到沒有綻開的葉子尖尖，順著摸下去，輕輕一拉，一臂長的藕帶便冒出了頭。周金才是洪湖市黃家口鎮平陽村的藕農，種了20畝藕塘，每年4月至9月的藕帶上市季，他每天要采藕100多斤、凈賺400多元。
藕帶是蓮的幼嫩根狀莖，就是“小時候”的蓮藕，洪湖藕帶是國家地理標志產品。過去受限于保鮮技術和銷售渠道，一直未能打開市場。如今，洪湖藕帶走向大江南北的餐桌。今年的中央一號文件提出，發展鄉村特色產業，實施農業品牌精品培育計劃，打造特色農業產業集群，提升農業產業化水平。近日，記者走進洪湖，看當地如何發展特色蓮藕產業、打造農業品牌。
打開市場
從農特產到小爆款
湖北華貴食品有限公司的智慧車間，藕帶加工自動生產線運轉正忙。經過機器切斷、氣泡清洗、漂燙等步驟后，如玉簪一樣的藕帶成為一包包泡講座藕帶走下流水線。
“我們現在每天要收購10萬斤藕帶，大部分做成泡藕帶銷售。”公司總經理楊福元介紹，作為公司的明星產品，藕帶年產值超過14億元。

農業品牌并不好做，產品的品質、產能以及消費者的接受程度……一步走不通都會失敗。
“首先，我們要確保藕帶能留得住。”楊福元說，為了延長藕帶的保鮮期，華貴公司和華中農業大學合作研發了定向發酵技術，讓藕帶在避光的密封袋里包裝、發酵，保鮮期能從1至2天延長到1年左右，春季采摘的藕帶能賣一整年，從“時令”變“長銷”。
除了賣得久，還要賣得遠。起初，華貴公司主要靠“熟人帶貨時租空間”。“我們將加工好的藕帶，免費送給各地的朋友、老鄉和熟悉的企業，先讓他們嘗嘗鮮。”楊福元說，藕帶脆、鮮，泡藕帶又有酸辣、酸甜等多種口味，既可生食也可烹飪，讓許多人喜愛。
打開外地人的味蕾后，還要打開外地人的市場。華貴公司在各地發展了2000多家經銷商，通過“裂變式”的線下推銷，凝聚了一批忠實的“回頭客”；還在電商平臺開店、直播，全網年銷售額逐步突破1億元，一年可賣出8000萬包藕帶。

完善產業
從“內卷式”到規范化
龍頭企業帶動，洪湖藕帶逐漸打開銷路，還走進盒馬鮮生、家樂福等電商平臺和大型商超，成為各地餐桌的“常客”。
可種植蓮藕效益不高，此前當地不少藕農轉型養魚養蝦，導致原材料供不應求。“一斤藕帶從3元漲到最高45元，看到商機后，藕農又入場了，陷入‘內卷式’競爭。”回憶起前些年的種藕亂象，洪湖市雨錢蓮藕種植專業合作社負責人洪曉俊直搖頭，“有時候市場行情不好，只要一個藕農降價，就會有人出更低的價格。”
為了讓藕農擰成一股繩，齊心協力做大洪湖蓮藕產業，蓮藕種植大戶和企業聯農帶農。“對不愿種藕的藕農，我們流轉他們的藕田，支付一定的租金。藕成熟后，還會聘請藕農采收，給他們勞務報酬。”洪曉俊說，采藕時節，藕農1個月可收入8000元左右。

藕種由市里統一研發和提供，保障洪湖蓮藕的品質。“我們還大力推廣基地規模化、生產標準化，在峰口鎮、萬全鎮建設了兩個標準化種植示范片區，以及萬畝優質藕帶基地共享會議室和萬畝優質蓮子基地，穩定蓮藕的產量和質量。”洪湖市蓮藕事業發展中心主任張獻忠說。

從“滿天星”到“一團火”
